An integral labour market strategy is necessary to meet the labour market challenges in region experiencing demographic change. Within the DC NOISE pilot Health Care Strategy East Groningen a model for such an integral labour market strategy, as well as a method of evidenced based strategy development, is created. In the attached pdf a summary is given of our approach. You are invited to comment on our ideas.
