Population decline and spatial planning

In Jan./Feb. issue of RO Magazine, a Dutch monthly about spatial planning, two articles are devoted to population shrink. One article emphasises the strenghts of the city. The other is titled "Room for shrinkage in the Netherlands" and tackles spatial issues connected with shrink. A easy-to-read map shows the expected population evolution of 2008-2025. I have a scanned version of articles and map.
