Demographic changes and the ageing of the population is one of the most important challenges the European Union (EU) has to tackle in the up-coming years. It concerns a wide range of sectors like employment, health, housing, lifelong learning, mobility, social protectionsystems, etc. and has a different impact according to the population it affects. Therefore more and more projects and studies undergo to analyse the situation of specific groups and/or to provide help and advice. Among those we present below two initiatives with regard to the problems faced especially by elderly immigrants.
