Transnational Housing Atlas; a new project from Bremen Region: More-Generation House Schaumlöffel

In the former bakery in the centre of Brinkum a Meeting Point for old and young people was developed. The More-Generation-House Schaumlöffel offers activities not only for families of people with dementia. It is open for the needs of all people of the region. It makes effort to support a multi-cultural exchange between generations.
