Bremen Region has elaborated the Masterplan Demography, an action oriented manual for handling demographic change.

Target audience are spokesmen of municipalities, urban planners, local politicians and mayors. The Masterplan Demography encompasses a wide variety of innovative examples in the fields of housing, spatial development and infrastructure / public services.

Furthermore, the Masterplan offers a Checklist with which municipalities can test their demographic resistance and the sustainability of their planning. A simple way for approaching the topic of demographic change without needing any expensive support of experts.
