DC Noise hosts successful conference on population decline in Groningen (NL)

Two hundred participants faced the snow to be part of the conference on demographic change organised by the DC NOISE partner the Province of Groningen on February 10 2010. The conference was attended by Mrs. A.C. Van Es, on behalf of the State Secretary of the Dutch Ministry for Internal Affairs Ank Bijleveld, ambassador of DC NOISE. Goal of the meeting was to focus on the consequences of demographic change. Read more
