Age scan online
The age scan is an online web application (www.leeftijdsscan.be) that has been developed in order to help companies determine if their work force has a balanced age structure. The tool detects (possible) future problems such as an ageing work force. In such case the organisation may need to start up or intensify an age conscience staff policy. Once the age scan has been executed, an analysis of the company’s age profile can be printed.
The results offer new insights into present and future challenges facing the organisation in this ageing labour market, especially with regard to outflow, influx, training, and ongoing staff motivation.
Via simple and specific questions the organization can immediately obtain a downloadable report with:
- An age pyramid of the current age range of the staff
